Policies:
This is a juried show, we do not charge a jury fee. All works must be original. Imported merchandise or manufactured goods are not allowed. All merchandise must be created by hand and displayed by the registered artist. No 3rd. party sales allowed. We reserve the right to accept or reject any artist in order to provide a well balanced quality show. We also reserve the right to limit the number of similar enteries to the show.

Photos:
If you have done one of our shows before you do not neeed to submit photos. If you have a website or any Etsy account with photos you can write the address on the back of the application. Also you can submit your application without photos and I will contact you and you can email your photos to us. But in order to be considered we must see your work beforehand.

Refunds:
If you decide to cancel or cannot make the show no refunds will be given after October 10th. If you cancel on or before September 19th. you can receive a full 100% refund. If you cancel between September 20th. and October 9th. you will receive a 50% refund.

Sales Tax:
According to The Illinois Dept. of Revenue if you sell merchandise at fairs, festivals, flea markets, or craft shows you are a retailer and you must collect and pay Illinois sales taxes. Whether this is a full-time business or a hobby, you are subject to the Illinois Retailers' Occupation Tax. We will provide the proper tax forms for the event for you.
